  • 150g Skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 medium Onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Green chilli (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp Sri Lankan biriyani spice mix (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat coconut milk (for creaminess)
  • 1/2 Carrot (julienned)
  • 2 tbsp Green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 Curry leaves (fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil (or coconut oil)

Instructions
